Co-founder
Aurko Bhattacharya is the Co-Founder and CEO of ePayLater, a leading fintech platform transforming MSME financing in India. An alumnus of IIT Roorkee and IIM Calcutta, Aurko brings over 20 years of experience across global banking and financial services, having held leadership roles at ICICI Bank and Barclays.
Since founding ePayLater in 2015, he has spearheaded the company’s mission to enable small businesses with seamless access to credit. Recognized as a BW 40 Under 40 leader, Aurko combines deep financial expertise with a vision for sustainable, technology-driven economic growth.

Debabrata Gharah
Chief Technology Officer
Debabrata Gharah serves as the Chief Technology Officer at ePayLater, where he leads the company’s overall technology vision and architecture. With over 17 years of experience in FinTech, enterprise systems, and digital lending platforms.
He has been pivotal in building ePayLater’s core technology from the ground up. Debabrata’s leadership ensures the delivery of robust, scalable, and secure backend systems that power the company’s credit solutions and support its continued growth.

Himanshu Kabra
Head of Data Science and Product
Himanshu Kabra leads the Data Science and Product functions at ePayLater. He brings over 8 years of experience in banking, credit risk, and data science, with a strong foundation in business intelligence and reporting automation.
At ePayLater, Himanshu plays a key role in enabling strategic decision-making through data-driven insights and financial oversight. Prior to joining the company, he was working at Barclays Investment Bank.

Ishan Kajaria
Chief Business Officer
Ishan Kajaria is the Chief Business Officer at ePayLater and brings with him more than 15 years of experience in sales, telecom, and digital finance. He is responsible for driving the company’s business strategy, sales growth, and partner ecosystem.
Ishan has played an important role in expanding ePayLater’s reach across the MSME sector through embedded credit models. Prior to this, he held leadership roles at Vodafone and Lokal, where he managed large-scale sales operations and distribution networks.

Chief Financial Officer and Head of Strategy
Nitin Chaudhary is the Chief Financial Officer and Head of Strategy at ePayLater. With over 18 years of experience in financial services, inclusive finance, and business strategy, he oversees capital planning, investor relations, and long-term growth initiatives.
Nitin has a distinguished career spanning leadership roles at Samunnati, pinBox Solutions, Dvara KGFS, and the Center for MicroFinance. He is deeply committed to building scalable, sustainable financial solutions that drive impact.
