The request for the Facility by the Applicant(s) and disbursement of the same by the financial institution partner of ePayLater shall be subject to and governed by the terms and conditions herein and the documents "Facility Documents" to be executed by the Applicant(s).
The Applicant(s) hereby affirm that all the information and details given and filled in this Application Form are true, correct, valid and upto date.
I hereby give my consent to Arthashastra Fintech Private Limited ("AFPL"/"ePayLater") and authorize AFPL and the FIs to conduct credit checks on me, from a Credit Information Company. The FI shall have the absolute discretion to reject this Application.
In such an event, the FI shall not be responsible / liable in any manner whatsoever to the Applicant(s) for any costs, losses, damages or expenses, or other consequences, caused by reason of such rejection, or any delay in notifying the Applicant(s) of such rejection of this application.
The rate of interest and duration need not be standardized. It could vary for different customers depending on any one or a combination of the above factors.
The rate of interest also varies depending upon relative credit strengths of the borrowers. Final applicable interest rate is based on various other parameters and communicated in the sanction letter / loan agreement.
The Applicant(s) have perused, understood, and agreed to the approach of determining rates, processing and other charges for the Facility, which have been made available to the Applicant.
By agreeing to these terms and conditions, the applicant is giving consent to receive marketing communications through various channels not limited to SMS, Whatsapp etc and to use the information as the company deems fit to enhance the overall services to its customers.
This Application Form has been duly and validly executed by the Applicant(s). The Applicant hereby grants the FI the right to disclose and share any information pertaining to the Applicant including, but not limited to, credit facility/ies, constitution of the Applicant, KYC etc with:
- 1. any other bank(s)/ financial institution(s) in the form and manner prescribed by RBI;
- 2. any agent, contractor, third party service provider of FI;
- 3. any person to (or through) whom the Lenders assigns or transfers or novates (or may potentially assign or transfer or novate) all or any of its rights or obligations under the Facility Documents.
The FI shall use, process, store the information and data disclosed for granting the current loan or any other loan in the future and/ or such other manner as maybe permissible.
I/We authorize and provide my/our consent Walmart India Private Limited and Arthashastra Fintech Pvt. Ltd. to collect and/or use my/our personal information and historical purchase data, as available with the Company and/or as specifically shared by me/us, for the purposes of reviewing my eligibility for the grant of credit facilities and/or in relation to provision of any other ancillary services.
I/We hereby declare that the details furnished in this application form are true and correct to the best of my/our knowledge and belief and I/we undertake to inform you of any changes therein, immediately. In case any of the information is found to be false or untrue or misleading or misrepresenting, I/we am/are aware that I/we may be held liable for it.
My/Our personal KYC details may be shared with Central KYC Registry. I/We hereby consent to receiving information from Central KYC Registry through SMS/Email on the registered number/email address.
I/We hereby provide my/our consent to allow financial partners of Arthashastra Fintech Pvt Ltd ("ePayLater") to search and download my KYC details from the Central KYC registry.
